RNAi-based therapeutics may significantly expand the scope of “druggable” disease targets by addressing those targets that are previously known to be “undruggable” such as transcription factors. Intradigm’s ability to test RNAi-based therapeutics in vivo using our proprietary RNAi Nanoplex™ delivery technology positions the company as a partner-of-choice for the development of novel siRNA therapeutics.

To date, Intradigm has successfully identified and validated several potential novel oncology targets, and the company is actively working to establish collaborative relationships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies through which the RNAi Nanoplex™ delivery technology may be applied to a broad range of therapeutic targets.
